Project: Chestnut Park Real Estate Brand Repositioning
Sarah worked together with the CEO of Chestnut Park to develop the booklet that was the central application piece for Chestnut Park's entry to win the "Christie's International Real Estate Affiliate Of The Year Award" in 2015. This award recognizes affiliates that have the best use of marketing that leverages the Christie’s relationship. Sarah provided the art direction, design and copywriting of this booklet, which highlighted Chestnut Park's success in integrating the Christie's brand throughout their marketing materials in 2015. Chestnut Park was selected from Christie's International Real Estate's 300 affiliates globally as the recipient of this award. This award spoke to the success of Chestnut Park's brand repositioning efforts and afforded the company substantial local and international PR and continued to keep the Toronto and Muskoka markets in the spotlight as attractive luxury real estate hotspots for international buyers.
